Resolved: Cancellation of my account for no reason
They were not helpful at all and then I posted a review on here and the next thing I know I got what I needed. Thank you so much!
They reopened my account.
They gave me my account back.
My account has been cancelled and I do not know why. I would like someone to call me back about this or email me.
I have been a member for 12 years and you just suddenly cancel me? I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint about this and I also am using pissedconsumer.com site, so many people will see this.

I have received a $25 Target gift card and $25 Macys gift card. Both are missing the PINS. Send me the both cards with the PINS.

For the past 24 hours, I've attempted to reach SOMEONE, ANYONE connected to E-Rewards. NO LUCK.
I've tried 3 different phone numbers that I had to do a Google search to find since NONE are on your website: 833-681- (Got a message, repeatedly, that "Your call cannot go through as dialed"); 833-909-**** (For a second time I left my name, email, and phone number), and 214-365-**** (Kept ringing and after two minutes, the call was disconnected.)
It is now 7:50 AM PST, if I don't hear back from SOMEONE at E-Rewards by the end of business tomorrow, Tues. Mar.
18, 2025, I'll close my account and make a report to the Better Business Bureau.
NO excuse for this. I don't REQUIRE 24/7 Customer Service, but I do require at least a real person answering your phones Monday through Friday 8:00 am to at least 6:00 pm, whatever domestic time zone you are located in.

Not receiving rewards for points I have redeemed
Tried to redeem rewards for points I have earned and now the site says my account is under review and I am unable to redeem E-rewards is a scam!!!
There is no customer service.
I have called but the number is apparently not valid.
I have emailed. No response!!!
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

My husband beats me and breaks the phone. I got attacked on my way back from work by a guy licking me and telling me he wants to love me. So, I've had a week. And spending 4 hrs so I can maybe get cigs after all that...
I get mad... I have serial killers in my family.
I don't like being treated like that... Ugh, it's a $10 card.

I went to Home Depot to use my two gift cards and was told they are invalid. Last year I had no issue, but this year none of the cards work.

Bad web site
I have been an e-rewards consumer since October 7, 2011 and the last email I was able to open was on July 13, 2023. I cannot see my account because I get a 403 Error, saying that the e-rewards web site is off line, try again later.
Well, I have tried on several occasions since July 2023 and as of today, I still get the surveys to do, BUT I cannot see my account. I would like to know how I can get my rewards, especially the gift cards.
Is there another access link that you can provide me?

I spent $75 of my rewards for target a card you keep saying it was sent to my email but its not. I have looked at new email an old email and spam mail and deleted email.
It is not there and I have tried several times.
What do I do?
Normally I get my card. This is what I buy a couple times a year with my points.
